The practice of being guided through a Mindful Outdoor Experience is an opportunity to slow down, be present, awaken our senses, and deepen our connection to the living earth–and to ourselves. Reconnect to yourself and nature through guided, mindful walks outdoors. As a guide, I lead small groups into nature, while using a sequence of activities including sensory invitations and exploring the foundations of forest bathing while incorporating calming breaths.


Sharing a passion for the healing properties of nature as a forest bathing guide is what I am meant to do. There are so many, many possibilities for you, too, my friend. You are nature, and you are a lifeforce.
